In our most recent and currently ongoing project we’ve had excellent results. The lease had previously drilled and completed 22 wells. The geology indicated excellent porosity, permeability, and oil saturation. Over the last 10 years, the operator drilled 2 wells a year to maintain production. The results were always the same, the wells would have an initial production of 5 bbls/day, with little water. In the 8th or 9th month, the wells oil/water ratio began to deteriorate and by the end of the year, the production of the well was 1 bbl/day with vast amounts of water. The current oil cut remained 1 barrel of oil and 99 bbls of water.

The operator contacted us about trying something other than the standard completion that was used on the first 22 wells. Based on our recommendations in late November 2022, we did an initial stimulation treatment using our proprietary Super-Catholyte. The well was shut in for the prescribed time and then put back into production. The well started producing 15 bbls/day with little visible water. Subsequently, the well started producing 30 bbls/day with no visible water. The well has maintained 30 bbls/day over the last 80+ days and has maintained its fluid level in the well bore.

Each client undergoes a consultation and assessment with 21st Century Energy Solutions. Before the consultation we will need the following: Basin, Formation geology, well depth, well temperature, is H2S an issue, and BOPD.

Hydrolyte^Ⓡ, OSG-Anolyte biocide, and Super-Catholyte surfactant are produced fresh to order. Once an order is in place our team will arrange delivery usually within 7-10 days.

Cost of our fluid products is determined by the location and amount of fluids needed to accomplish the desired results.

Typically Hydrolyte^Ⓡ and OSG-Anolyte biocide treatment take a few hours once pumped downhole. Super-Catholyte surfactant typically calls for a well to be shut-in for a few days allowing the product to work into the formation.
